Standard Shipping：Calculated by first and continuation weight
First weight=0.1kg，price of first weight=$8,
Continuation weight=0.1kg，price of continuation weight=$1.9,
If weight≤0.1kg, the shipping fee=$8
If 0.5kg If 1kg If 1.5kg ......
